为了应对创新教育和提高质量的挑战，进一步促进高校学生事务管理的深刻转型与变革，中国高校迫切需要探讨高等教育大众化、国际化时代不同国家学生事务管理所面临的问题、挑战及变革，研究行之有效的学生事务管理理论、途径与方法，从而提升高校学生事务管理的品质与水平。
鉴于此，经教育部批准，我们将定于2013年5月31日到6月2日在中国地质大学（武汉）举办主题为“学生事务转型与变革：应对创新教育和提高质量的挑战”国际学术研讨会，现将有关事宜通知如下：
一、会议主题及论题
主题：学生事务转型与变革：应对创新教育和提高质量的挑战
论题：1．大学生发展的理论与实践
2．大学生创新、创业教育模式
3. 高校学生事务管理专业标准及绩效评估
4. 高校学生事务管理变革的国际比较
二、会议时间及议程
2013年5月31日：报到（注册费：800元人民币/人（研究生减半），食宿自理）

——Meeting Challenges of Innovative Education and Quality Improvement
（FIRST CIRCULAR）
In the context of popularization and internationalization of higher education, the student affairs of colleges and universities face the new situation and problems in different countries all over the world. We urgently need explore the theories, methodologies, practices of different nations and how to find its way to meet the challenges of innovative education and quality improvement, and to further promote the reforms and transformation of student affairs. As a response, the International Conference on the Reforms and Transformation of Student Affairs: Challenges of Innovative Education and Quality Improvement is to be held at China University of Geosciences(Wuhan), dated May 31st – June 2nd, 2013.
